Students Learn the ABCs of Sewage Treatment in the RCA cities of West Bengal

How do you get students excited to learn about something like wastewater? The State Mission for Clean Ganga West Bengal (SMCG WB) answered this by launching hands-on exposure visits to STPs across the state, including several RCA cities. This story captures how these guided tours transformed curiosity into clarity — helping students connect classroom lessons with real processes that protect our rivers and help keep them clean. The result: deeper awareness, stronger engagement, and growing environmental leadership amongst the youth.
